Comment on Will Twitter Bring More Men to Church? by Tony

Very interesting observations. So far my experience with people following me and the reason I follow them on twitter are for networking on a business level. I'm not really interested in them as "friends" per say, in that we would endeavor to have a meaningful relationship, it's purely networking for business sake. Also, Twitter is like showing up at a cocktail party (without the drinks of course), your there to see and be seen. It's a great place to connect at that level and I find I'm learning things from all the twits our there. :-)

I am surprised to see that there are more women than men on Twitter. Most of my followers and followees are men.

Starting in 2009 the incentive plans for a building looking to “Go Green” will become greater, so if you were thinking of pursuing this-the time is now!

Good job, Alisa! As I talk with churchs about creation care efforts, it is always helpful to encourage them to start where they are, implementing no/low cost ideas, and then stepping up their actions in increments. Churches should be community leaders by example, and this is a great way to start!
